Role:  Salesforce Developer with service cloud

Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid)

Local to Texas, USA Only

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with over 10 years of expertise, specializing in Salesforce Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that enhance customer service operations. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, administrators, and technical teams to optimize and customize Service Cloud functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce Service Cloud solutions to support business processes.

Customize and enhance Service Cloud features, including case management, Omni-Channel routing, knowledge management, and Live Agent.

Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components (Aura & LWC), Visualforce pages, and integrations with third-party systems.

Optimize Salesforce workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, etc.).

Implement APIs and integrations with external applications using REST, SOAP, and middleware tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.).

Ensure high system performance and security compliance, following best practices in development and data management.

Provide technical leadership, mentoring junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, performing regular system upgrades and enhancements.

Stay updated on Salesforce releases, industry trends, and best practices to enhance system capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

10+ years of Salesforce development experience, with expertise in Service Cloud.

Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.

Experience with Omni-Channel, Case Management, Knowledge Base, Live Agent, and Einstein Bots.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP) and integration tools.

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git repositories, and deployment strategies (SFDX, Metadata API).

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Platform Developer I/II) preferred.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with MuleSoft, AWS, or Azure integrations.

Knowledge of AI-powered service automation and chatbots in Service Cloud.

Understanding of Einstein Analytics and Reporting tools.

Education:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
