We are seeking highly skilled Senior Lead Consultant(s) with demonstrable experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Generative AI (GenAI) policy, standards, and governance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the banking and financial industry and be responsible for shaping and implementing AI/ML governance frameworks, policies, standards, processes with associated risk and controls. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement AI, ML, and Generative AI governance frameworks, policies, and standards. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies related to AI and ML initiatives. Identify risks and associated controls to mitigate within AI lifecycle Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish consensus and drive accountability Provide expert guidance and recommendations on AI/ML capabilities, and effective guardrails Monitor and evaluate emerging trends in AI/ML and their impact on the banking and financial sector.
