The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) modules , including Grants, Projects, and Billing . This role requires strong functional knowledge to support end-to-end implementations, configurations, and integrations. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, and IT to ensure smooth implementation and optimization of Oracle PPM solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle PPM Cloud modules, including Grants, Projects, and Billing. Provide subject matter expertise and best practices for Oracle PPM and related financial modules. Gather business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs. Perform hands-on system configurations, testing, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, accounting, and IT, to streamline business processes. Support user training, documentation, and change management efforts. Provide post-go-live support and enhancements to optimize system functionality. Travel 50% to client site (Location TBD) as required. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Oracle PPM Cloud or EBS Projects. Strong expertise in Grants, Projects, and Billing modules. Experience with full lifecycle implementations of Oracle PPM, including design, configuration, and deployment. Deep understanding of project costing, contract billing, and revenue recognition. Experience working in public sector, higher education, or grant-funded organizations is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. US Citizen or Green Card holder (Visa sponsorship is not available). Contract Details: Initial Contract: 3 Months with potential extensions. Travel: 50% to client site (expenses covered). Interviews: 1-2 rounds (Virtual).
