The ideal candidates will have a strong track record in leading product development initiatives, with a focus on Medicare/Medicaid/Medi-Cal programs. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage product development cycles from ideation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to develop and launch products successfully. Define product roadmaps, gather requirements, and prioritize features based on business value and customer feedback. Engage with stakeholders to understand market trends, customer demands, and product performance to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure products are launched on time and meet the required quality standards. Take ownership of product backlogs and work within Agile environments to prioritize and manage the product development process. Provide leadership and direction to ensure product vision and strategy are communicated effectively across teams. Stay up to date with trends in the Medicare/Medicaid/Medi-Cal space to ensure products align with industry standards and regulations. Qualifications: Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager Lead in the last 5 years. A total of 9 years of experience in product development. At least 2 years of experience working in Medicare, Medicaid, or Medi-Cal within the last 5 years. Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Proven experience managing product life cycles and driving product strategy. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development best practices. Certifications (Desirable): Scrum Product Owner Certification. SAFe Certification (Scaled Agile Framework). Preferred Skills: Experience working in the healthcare industry, specifically with Medicare, Medicaid, or Medi-Cal programs.
