Hands-on experience with Ariba Network and its integration with SAP and non-SAP ERP systems. Strong understanding of procurement best practices and compliance requirements. Experience in designing and optimizing workflows and user experiences. Proficiency in integration tools (e.g., SAP PI/PO, CIG, API-based integration). Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for upstream procurement processes. Design solutions leveraging Aribas upstream, Downstream and SCC modules to optimize sourcing to Pay process. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Ariba solutions during client workshops. Ensure seamless integration between Ariba modules and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Guide the implementation of best practices for Ariba Solutions Gather and document business needs related to sourcing, contracts, and spend analysis. Perform gap analysis between client requirements and standard Ariba functionality. Lead the deployment of Guided Buying for improved user experience in procurement. Act as a liaison between procurement teams and technical teams for Ariba downstream workflows. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies in invoice and payment processing. Define a scalable and flexible architecture for upstream processes. Configure modules Ariba Sourcing, Contracts, B&I and SCC based on client requirements. Work with middleware teams to ensure proper integration with SAP or non-SAP systems. #Position 2 Role: SAP ARIBA Downstream Consultant Location: Redmond, WA (Onsite) Duration: Contract/Fulltime Job Description: Design and implement end-to-end P2P processes using SAP Ariba B&I. Map business requirements to system functionalities, including catalog purchasing, purchase orders, and invoicing. Configure procurement workflows, catalogs, and invoice reconciliation processes. Set up and manage approval workflows for requisitions and invoices. Configure catalogs, procurement rules, and invoice reconciliation. Enable Guided Buying to simplify the purchasing process. Set up supplier collaboration features for order and invoice processing. Integrate SAP Ariba with ERP systems for PO and invoice posting. Automate tax calculations and validations for invoices. Monitor and optimize invoice payment cycles. Support exception handling in the invoicing process, such as mismatched invoices. Enable supplier onboarding and integration with the Ariba Network. Configure and test interfaces between SAP Ariba and backend systems (e.g., SAP ECC, Oracle and Vertex). Implement controls to ensure compliance with tax, regulatory, and internal policies. Enable audit trails and reporting features for procurement and invoicing processes. Conduct training sessions for procurement teams and end-users. Develop user guides and process documentation for SAP Ariba B&I functionalities. Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues in the P2P process. Monitor system performance and recommend improvements. Ability to analyze business processes and identify optimization opportunities #Position 3 Role: SAP Ariba Integration Consultant Location: Bellevue, Washington (Onsite) Fulltime/Contract The SAP Ariba Integration Consultant is responsible for creating and managing integration solutions that connect SAP Ariba with SAP ECC and other non-SAP systems like Oracle EPPM Unifier. The role primarily uses SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and its Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) layer to ensure seamless data exchange across platforms. Key Responsibilities Analyze Business Requirements : Understand and develop integration architectures to connect SAP Ariba with SAP ECC and external systems. Design Integration Flows : Utilize SAP BTP's capabilities, especially the CIG layer, to facilitate reliable data exchange. Develop and Deploy Integrations : Configure and deploy integration scenarios using SAP BTP tools and API calls. Implement API Integrations : Use RESTful and SOAP-based APIs to support Ariba's interfacing with non-SAP systems. Collaborate with Teams : Work with cross-functional teams to map data flows and align business processes with technical solutions. Stakeholder Communication : Provide updates and technical guidance during project meetings and client interactions. Technical Expertise Experience : 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP integrations, particularly with SAP Ariba and SAP ECC. Proficiency : Skilled in using SAP BTP, focusing on the CIG layer for integration projects. API Development : Experienced in developing and integrating APIs (REST/SOAP) for connecting Ariba to non-SAP systems like Oracle EPPM Unifier.
