Role: AEM Architect Location: Charlotte, NC - Onsite Contract Job Description: Technical Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Planning and Architecture o Design and define scalable, customer-centric digital solutions using Adobe Experience Cloud, including AEM, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Campaign. o Align Adobe solutions with business objectives, ensuring end-to-end integration across marketing, sales, and customer experience functions. 2. Stakeholder Collaboration: o Act as a liaison between business leaders, technical teams, and external partners to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions. o Provide strategic guidance to clients on digital transformation, marketing automation, and data-driven customer experiences. 3. Solution Design and Implementation: o Develop comprehensive solution blueprints and roadmaps leveraging Adobes ecosystem to meet business needs. o Oversee implementation, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. 4. Data-Driven Insights: o Analyze customer data to uncover actionable insights and recommend strategies to optimize user journeys and business outcomes. o Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to integrate predictive analytics and AI into customer engagement strategies. 5. Enablement and Training: o Guide and mentor internal teams on Adobe tools, ensuring effective adoption and utilization of implemented solutions. o Conduct workshops and training sessions to empower stakeholders with the knowledge to maximize solution capabilities. Generic Responsibilities: Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Project Management: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation frameworks, ensuring timely delivery of solutions. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of solution designs, technical specifications, and integration processes. Communication: Provide regular updates on project progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
