They will be ITSM Service / Analyst (data) person. Ideal consultant ServiceNow as Tool. He should know to write Query in ServiceNow. Extract data, check the trend , report the data in format as analyze and publish to forum. Based on this need to work with the Right POC to ensure it is corrected or ensure the case is resolved (so obviously they need to be technical strong to discuss with POC). They should have good understanding / knowledge of Network / Database(all technological trend) to converse and resolve the issues. Office product should be very Strong They should be completely independent and have done in the previous/Recent project. We NEED some high expertise candidates who possesses: 1. Data Crunching abilities based on the retrieved data. 2. Data Analytical Skills. 3. Data Segmentation Skills 4. Ability to segment data as themes. 5. Full hands-on experience and not just an idea or understanding. 6. Data Crunching Skills. 7. More than all, resumes should reflect these data points that they possess points (a) to (f). We DONT need any candidate who are: 1. Business Analyst 2. ServiceNow Developer. 3. Candidate as an end User who used Service as a ticketing utility. 4.
