Experience: 10+ Employment Type: Contract - C2C #Job_Description: Implement, configure, and optimize SAP CRM solutions, with a focus on the Interaction Center module. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Enhance customer relationship management processes using SAP CRM best practices. Provide technical and functional support to ensure seamless CRM operations. Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues and optimize system performance. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and business processes. Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users. Essential Skills: Strong expertise in SAP CRM with a focus on Interaction Center. Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing SAP CRM solutions. Understanding of customer interaction processes and service request management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Desirable Skills: Experience in integrating SAP CRM with other SAP and third-party applications. Knowledge of SAP Cloud solutions or SAP S/4HANA CRM. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
