Configure and customize Procurement and Payables modules to meet business requirements. Design and implement integration solutions between Oracle Cloud and third-party or boundary systems. Procure-to-Pay Process Mapping: Map and implement the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes within Oracle Cloud, ensuring seamless functionality across procurement, payables, and general ledger. Payables and GL Reconciliation: Ensure the Payables to GL reconciliation process is accurately configured and reporting is set up for financial accuracy and audits. Data Conversion and FBDI: Lead data conversion activities, including extract, load, validate, and reconcile data for migration into Oracle Cloud, utilizing FBDI (File-Based Data Import). Testing and User Workshops: Conduct requirement workshops with business stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements. Perform System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinating with business IT teams and key users for thorough testing and feedback.Non-Technical Responsibilities: Project Coordination: Plan, track, and coordinate tasks and activities, ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met. Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and ensure deliverables are on track. Facilitate day-to-day coordination between onsite and offshore teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration. Problem Solving & Innovation: Address technical challenges and offer innovative solutions to improve processes and systems. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to address issues with processes or people, ensuring smooth project execution. Communication & Stakeholder Management: Possess excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with business users, IT teams, and key stakeholders. Provide guidance and ensure transparency with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.Essential Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 4-6 years of experience in implementing and configuring Oracle SCM Cloud modules (Procurement Cloud, Procurement Contract, Supplier Qualification). Procure-to-Pay Expertise: Strong understanding and experience in mapping and implementing Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes in Oracle Cloud. Module Configuration: Experience in configuring Procurement and Payables modules in Oracle Cloud. Payables to GL Reconciliation: Hands-on experience with Payables to General Ledger reconciliation and reporting. Data Conversion: Experience in data conversion processes (extract, load, validate, reconcile), and familiarity with FBDI in Oracle Cloud. Testing Expertise: Experience conducting requirement workshops, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Coordination & Project Management: Ability to plan, track, and report tasks/activities effectively, ensuring coordination between onsite and offshore teams. Problem-Solving: Strong ability to approach problems with innovative thinking and address issues related to processes and people.Desirable Skills: Cloud Integration: Experience designing and implementing integrations between Oracle Cloud and third-party systems. SCM Cloud Certifications: Relevant certifications in Oracle SCM Cloud or related modules are a plus. Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies and practices.
