Please send me your candidates updated Resume to [email protected] Title: SRE Engineer City: Chicago, IL (onsite) This will be a hybrid with 3 days onsite and potentially can go up to 5 days a week and location would be based out of Chicago preferably Mandate Skills Experience is driving Capacity Planning, Maturity Assessments ITSM Methodology (Change Management, Incident Management, Request Management) On-Prem to Cloud Migration Experience Production Support Experience in driving Post mortem calls, RCA, PCA and driving Major Incident Management function On-Prem Experience Candidate proficient in Terraform and the AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK) to automate and streamline deployment processes, ensuring that systems are both scalable and resilient As an SRE Engineer, they will bring a wealth of experience in managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure, particularly with On-Prem/Cloud. Need to be proficient in Terraform and the AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK) to automate and streamline deployment processes, ensuring that systems are both scalable and resilient. Should have a solid foundation in IT Service Management (ITSM) methodologies, which enables to align IT services with the needs of the business effectively. This experience is crucial in maintaining high service availability and performance, as well as in implementing best practices for incident management and problem resolution. Should have experience working in production support environments, where I was responsible for monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability.
