The candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions, guiding the business in strategic decision-making, and ensuring the successful implementation of technology projects. Key Skills: Business Analysis: Understand and analyze business requirements, processes, and challenges in the utilities industry. Solution Design: Develop practical and creative solutions that address critical business problems and requirements. Stakeholder Management: Facilitate workshops with various levels of client management and subject matter experts to gather and document business requirements. Technical Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance on technology solutions, ensuring they align with business goals and deliver long-term value. Change Management: Lead business change management and transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new technologies. Communication: Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into Understandable terms. Extensive experience in the utilities industry, with a deep understanding of business processes and technology solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to lead and influence strategic decision-makers and functional stakeholders. Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies . Knowledge of Azure Cloud , Artificial Intelligence, Data Lake , ESRI GIS , SAP S4/HANA etc. Experience with business architecture and designing integrated platforms. Familiarity with current and emerging industry trends and technologies.
