The ideal candidate will work closely with suppliers to resolve issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvements in supplier manufacturing operations.Key Responsibilities: Manage supplier manufacturing and operational issues to ensure process control and consistency. Resolve supplier issues by implementing corrective actions and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Develop and propose supplier improvement plans and document key learnings. Conduct supplier technical audits and evaluate supplier performance and capabilities. Ensure compliance with electrical component manufacturing standards and best practices. Utilize problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, CAPA, and root cause analysis.Must-Have Skills: 8-15 years of experience in Supplier Development/Supplier Quality roles. Strong knowledge of electrical engineering disciplines and components (RF components, network analyzers, PCBA, AC racks, circuit breakers, etc.). Hands-on experience with manufacturing and assembly processes of electrical components. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings. Strong problem-solving skills and experience in 8D, CAPA methodologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint for reporting and analysis.Preferred Skills: Experience with vacuum electrical accessories. Familiarity with supplier audits and evaluation methodologies. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
