Work closely with businesses stakeholders for different brands, developers, product managers, and business analysts to identify defects and improve the overall user experience. Experience in MANHATTAN OMNI application Required Skills : Manual Testing Roles and Responsibilities: Understand existing ecommerce landscape and perform test strategy, test planning, test design, functional, regression testing to ensure that new features and updates do not negatively impact existing functionality. Understand test requirements and cover end-to-end e-commerce functionalities such as product browsing, checkout, payments, order tracking, ship from store, ship to customer and returns involving WMS system for detailed test design. Validate third-party integrations (e.g., payment gateways, inventory management systems, warehouse management system, shipping services) Should have excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Provide detailed test reports and quality metrics to stakeholders. Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on best practices and testing techniques.
