JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our engagement is to merge two ServiceNow instances into a new third instance due to a recent merger and acquisition. We are starting the engagement with the need of resources skilled in the follow modules/platforms.

CMDB/Discovery
Ldap/Access Setups/AD etc
Demand/Agile
Service Catalog / Portal
Event Management
ITSM

Requirements:
Develop and maintain Automated Test Framework (ATF) scripts and test cases for ServiceNow applications.
Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects and ensure the quality of ServiceNow implementations.
Continuously improve and optimize ATF scripts to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members on ATF best practices and methodologies.
Participate in requirement reviews, design reviews, and other quality assurance activities.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in QA processes.
