In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing security solutions within our development lifecycle, ensuring the safety of our software products and systems. You will collaborate closely with developers, testers, and other stakeholders to integrate security practices into every phase of product development. Your focus will be on automating processes wherever possible, streamlining workflows, and enhancing overall efficiency. Responsibilities: Implement and manage a comprehensive DevSecOps pipeline, integrating security tools and best practices throughout the development lifecycle. Automate security tasks using scripting languages such as Python or Bash, reducing manual intervention and improving accuracy. Integrate static application security testing (SAST) and dynamic application security testing (DAST) into application build pipelines to identify vulnerabilities early in the development process. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to software development security. Provide training and guidance to developers on secure coding practices and promote a culture of security awareness within the organization. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in implementing and managing DevSecOps pipelines. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Bash, or Groovy. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Cloudbees CI, Ansible, and Nexus Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, and RedHat Openshift Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Effective communication skills to engage with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.
