The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, data modeling, integration, security, and automation. They will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and administrators to drive digital transformation and maximize business value from the Salesforce platform. Roles and Responsibilities Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions that align with business goals and technical best practices. Define scalable, reusable, and maintainable architecture across Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, etc.). Ensure best practices in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and API integrations. Lead Salesforce system enhancements, customizations, and automation strategies. Architect data models, objects, relationships, and performance optimization strategies. Design and implement data integration strategies between Salesforce and external systems using REST, SOAP, MuleSoft, ETL tools, and middleware. Ensure data security, compliance, and governance, and other regulatory standards. Define technical standards, governance frameworks, and development best practices. Review code, configurations, and integrations to ensure quality and adherence to Salesforce best practices. Lead architecture reviews, technical workshops, and proof-of-concept initiatives. Provide guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers, admins, and business analysts. Analyze and improve system performance, scalability, and reliability. Optimize SOQL queries, governor limits, and automation performance. Work with business leaders, product managers, and technical teams to align Salesforce solutions with business objectives. Act as a trusted advisor to executives, providing recommendations on Salesforce roadmap, emerging technologies, and industry trends. Support change management, training, and user adoption efforts. Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including 5+ years in an architect role. Expertise in Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, Commerce, CPQ, etc.). Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs. Experience with integration platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, etc.). Deep understanding of Salesforce security, identity management, and compliance. Experience with DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, Git) for CI/CD. Salesforce Architect certifications (Application/Technical/System Architect). Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
