System Ownership:Take ownership of system components, ensuring their reliability, performance, and scalability.Lead the design and implementation of new features and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.Monitor Production:Ensure the smooth operation of production systems by proactively monitoring system performance and availability.Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability.Implement and maintain monitoring tools and dashboards to provide real-time insights into system health.Stored Procedures:Develop and optimize stored procedures to improve database performance and efficiency.Collaborate with database administrators to ensure database design and implementation align with application requirements.Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues, ensuring data integrity and security.Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.Continuous Improvement:Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in .NET development.Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices.Mentor and support junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.Learning Agility and Open-Mindedness:Demonstrate a willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.Be open-minded and receptive to feedback, new ideas, and different perspectives.Embrace challenges and tackle difficult problems with a positive attitude.Agile Environment:Work effectively in an agile environment, understanding Essential Skills: Experience: 8+ years of experience in .NET development, with a strong understanding of C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.Loan origination experience.Microservices: Proven experience in building and maintaining microservices architecture.Legacy Systems: Ability to read, understand, and modify legacy code.Database Skills: Proficiency in SQL and experience with stored procedures.Frameworks: Strong knowledge of Entity Framework and other common .NET frameworks.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
