The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, with a strong focus on Absence Management. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management solutions. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and recommend best practices. Provide functional expertise and guidance on Oracle HCM modules, particularly in Absence Management. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring smooth operation and user satisfaction. Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users. Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reporting, and data migrations. Stay up to date with Oracle HCM Cloud updates and industry trends. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant. Strong expertise in Absence Management module implementation and support. Experience with configurations, fast formulas, workflows, and security setups. Understanding of related HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, and Time & Labor is a plus. Ability to troubleshoot functional issues and optimize system performance. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Oracle HCM Cloud certification (preferred).
