From: Akash Sharma, Tek inspirations akash.s@tekinspirations.com Reply to: akash.s@tekinspirations.com Onsite once a week || with DL & visa Job Title: Epic Application Analyst Location: Columbus, Ohio || Hybrid - Onsite once a week Interview: Online via Teams meeting Required Skills and Experience:- Certification in EpicCare Inpatient Clinical Documentation (including Behavioral Health) and EpicCare Inpatient Order Entry (including Provider Documentation) highly desired. 2 years of experience in health services research or health policy analysis. Experience in multiple areas including infrastructure, database administration, software development, and business process analysis. Epic Willow module certification required. Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Hospital Services to analyze current and future workflows, data collection, report details, and technical issues related to the Epic EHR and third-party applications. Collect system enhancement or new system implementation requirements and prepare detailed specifications. Prioritize and implement system changes as requested. Investigate and implement standardization and process improvement opportunities. Validate data accuracy and ensure it meets business requirements. Design and execute small-scale application testing. Support the installation and implementation of system patches, service utilities, and version upgrades. Troubleshoot and document simple to medium complexity problems. Manage service level agreements with third-party vendors. Maintain data integrity and security. Develop system documentation and communication for deployments, upgrades, and optimizations. Analyze workflows and understand policies and procedures in core clinical or business areas. Partner with quality, operational, and business leaders to optimize systems for quality, safety, financial, and efficiency needs.
