Must be able to pick up the laptop from DIR office. Visa : Any Scope/Description of Services The Worker(s) will provide the following services: Perform advanced Systems Analyst work as a member of the Maintenance and Operations team, participate in one or more projects concurrently and provide support to the PeopleSoft Maintenance team. Work involves planning and analysis of user requirements, procedures, and process automation. Technical expertise in re-platforming an existing mainframe system to a PeopleSoft Bolt-on module. Use standard project management methodologies, tools, and techniques to address project needs. Assist with creating, maintaining, and enforcing global standards. A resource to vendor/contract staff on TWC standards and templates. Conduct Application Design Sessions and CRP Conference Room Pilot with customers and Information Technology (IT) staff to define system requirements and create PeopleSoft technical system designs. Communicate with users to confirm alignment of proposed technical solutions with business requirements. Design system solutions that meet business requirements and align with organizational goals. Perform Fit-Gap analysis, prepare complex and highly detailed designs for IT Projects, process models, flowcharts, data mapping, develop Functional Design Documents (FDD) and other systems documentation to support processes and enhanced automation. Develop test plans/test cycles, create test data and test activities and/or execute test components to ensure new programs meet business requirements and function as needed. Review and assist in reviewing documentation and performing quality assurance to ensure compliance with program requirements and procedural standards for the assigned project. Assist in the diagnosis of problems associated with the PeopleSoft Financials application. Design and implement integrations between PeopleSoft and other systems within the organization's IT ecosystem using Integration Broker, web services, and other integration technologies. Perform end-to-end data integration test. Write detailed specifications to develop and correct the custom module and perform the process as designed. Perform other duties as assigned to maintain operations. 4. Minimum Requirements The Minimum Requirements for Worker(s) are included in Form A Worker Minimum Requirements. 6. Terms of Service Services are expected to start as soon as possible and are expected to be completed by August 31, 2025, or when 551 total hours estimated on Purchase Order have been depleted, whichever occurs first. Total estimated Worker hours for the services shall not exceed 2,000 hours per Worker per Term unless otherwise amended, renewed, and/or extended by TWC via Purchase Order Change Notice. Unused hours may be rolled over from one fiscal year to the next, as necessary. Rates are fixed throughout each Term of the Contract.
