This role requires someone with strong ad sales experience, BI expertise, and a proven track record of leading transformation projects in the media industry. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the SpinCo BI environment initiative : Work closely with leadership to execute the established blueprint and ensure the successful implementation of both digital and linear solutions for SpinCo networks. Identify gaps and risks : Evaluate the current plans, identify potential "gotchas" or gaps in the blueprint, and propose solutions to ensure smooth execution. Lead project execution : Organize and manage the effort to launch the new BI environment, ensuring that NBC is well-prepared for integration and execution. Work with cross-functional teams : Collaborate with internal teams, including ad sales, technology, and planning systems, to ensure alignment and effective implementation. Ad Sales and BI system integration : Leverage experience with ad sales systems and BI tools to coordinate the integration of tools such as Google Ad Manager and potentially Hubble (which may be shared or implemented specifically for SpinCo). Project timeline : Help the team get the project off the ground by April, with the expectation of final delivery and full ramp-up by September. Qualifications: Proven experience in ad sales within the media industry. Expertise in Business Intelligence (BI) systems and transformation projects. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams. Experience with Google Ad Manager and familiarity with tools like Hubble. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage tight timelines.
