Job Summary: The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing IT projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and project management skills to coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring project objectives are met and deliverables are achieved. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and manage project resources. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Report and escalate issues to management as needed. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Conduct post-project evaluations and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven working experience as a Technical Project Manager in the IT sector. Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Problem-solving skills and ability to think critically. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
