Assist in process design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Ariba modules, including Ariba Buying, Supplier Lifecycle and Performance, Contract Invoicing and Spend Analytics. Identify process gaps and suggest improvements, leveraging SAP Ariba capabilities and/or integrations while staying within industry best practices. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for end-users, addressing any issues related to the SAP Ariba platform. Provide insight into effective change management for Ariba implementation with internal and external organizations Participate in implementation planning and execution, ensuring timely and successful delivery and maximizing the value of the Ariba products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements. drive project milestones and deliverables. Create and maintain comprehensive functional documentation, including configuration guides, process flows, and user manuals. Function as a liaison between the business and technical teams.
