RWA, BASEL III, Capital Planning; Performance and Risk Attribution, Middle-office outsourcing, GIPS reporting, Corporate Actions Processing, Post Trade Processing, Portfolio Accounting, Clearing and Settlement, Reference data, FIX, FpML, SWIFT 20022(MT 54X/56X/20X), Separately Managed Accounts (SMA), MSP, UMA, UMH; Management & Incentive Fee calculation; Regulatory Capital Reporting (FFIEC 101/102, FR 014/031/041, FRY 9C, 13 F/D/G) Job Title: Senior Business Analyst Key Responsibilities & Core Skills: Knowledge & Hands on experience in Asset management is a must. Work with business and technology stakeholders to understand and document requirements. Analyze business requirements and data sources to design and develop data solutions. Collaborate with data engineers, business & technology stakeholders to ensure data quality, accuracy, and completeness. Create and maintain data models, data dictionaries, and metadata documentation. Work with UX/UI team to develop user interfaces (wire frames) and user experiences for web applications. Conduct user research, usability testing, and user feedback sessions. Perform data analysis, and data mining to generate insights and recommendations using SQL Drive functional testing of data platform & UI. Apply best practices and industry standards for documenting requirements, templates, etc., Use agile methodologies and tools like Jira to manage requirements. Strong SQL and Analytical skills . Demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently with senior client-side stakeholder with minimum guidance. Domain Knowledge Investment Management Min 15 years experience for onsite BA Other Skills: Experience meeting with business to gather and document business requirements. Strong leadership qualities. Strong organizational skills. Jira experience. Good communication skills.
