The Salesforce Developer will work with the team to help NYCERS realize additional value from the platform. The candidate will guide our junior developers/administrators through the various components that make up the solution. Currently NYCERS is leveraging Service Cloud, Community Cloud & Marketing Cloud/Social Studio SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS One or more of the following certifications are a must Salesforce Certified Administrator Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I Salesforce Certified Platform App Developer Mandatory Skill 7+ years of Salesforce Administration & Development working with Service Cloud Develop custom solutions through the use of configuration/coding to meet user story requirements Ability to troubleshoot and debug existing configuration/code to resolve bugs that are reported All solutions should perform within the governor limits of the SalesForce platform All solutions must be documented Ability to review SalesForce release notes and co-relate any effects the release will have on the NYCERS Solution. Must be proficient in the following : Apex, Apex Triggers, Apex Unit Test, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Experience Administration, Bulk Data Import ,Process Builder, workflow rules, Flows and validation rules Experience extending the platform through REST 3rd party services Desirable Skill Community Cloud Marketing Cloud and Social Studio Experience integrating with Box.com and/or FileNet Experience with AppExchange integrations like Vlocity, Glance, Docusign, Sumoand Adaptus are a plus.
