You will collaborate with internal and external partners and contribute to the product delivery and launch plans. You will partner with teams to ensure the AI experimentation platform meets the performance and scale requirements. You will collaborate with key stakeholders and drive the product delivery lifecycle. Qualifications Required/Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years of work experience in program management or product management, collaboratingwith customers and partnersdeliveringone or moreAI,cloud services,enterprise-grade solutions, or webapps, process management, process improvement o OR equivalent experience. Additional or Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of practical experience in AI techniques & tools, asevidencedby priorprojects Priorhands-onexperience with LargeLanguageModels (LLM)such as OpenAI and others,Azure AI,AzureML, ortheirequivalent. Experiencewithenterprise solutions and a technicalunderstanding of softwareandservices Proficient customer focus and a deep commitment to delivering products that create customer value and delightfulexperiences Enterprise customer and partner engagement skillsthat include theability to createadelivery plan, trackprogress,andresolve issues,risks,and blockers as theyarise Practical communication skills with a broad range of audiences and the ability to influence withoutauthority Ability to operate with ambiguity and change Outstanding problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills across a set of technical, product, and businesschallenges Demonstrated systematic attention to detail and critical thinking Healthcare Experience Responsibilities This role involvescollaboratingclosely withkeycustomers,partners, andfeatureteamsto solvecomplex problemsleveragingthe AzureAIPlatformand Large Language Models (LLMs). Responsibilitieswill include: Deliver on customerpromises for complex projectsworkingusing Azure AI Platform Create strategic relationships with key customer stakeholders to enable qualityand on-timedelivery. Lead matrixed internal teams and partners using a breadth of knowledge and experience. Anticipate,identify, andmitigateblockers to customer successgoals. Collaborate with key roles, includinga core team ofengineers,delivery teams, and others, to deliver full value tocustomers.
