This role will focus on ingesting new & existing data sources, optimizing ETL processes, and ensuring real-time and batch data integration within Azure Databricks. The ETL Data Engineers will collaborate closely with Data Architects, Governance Teams, and Business Analysts to ensure data integrity, metadata tracking, and compliance with data governance frameworks. Responsibilities: Implement real-time and batch data ingestion processes within Azure Data Factory. Develop and maintain SQL and Spark-based data transformations for analytics and reporting. Collaborate with business vertical pods to ensure data models align with business needs. Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks in Databricks ETL jobs. Ensure data quality and governance by integrating with Informatica Data Quality and Profisee. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in ETL development and data integration. Strong expertise in Azure Databricks, Synapse, and Azure Data Factory. Hands-on experience with Spark and SQL for data processing. Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance standards. Nice To Have: Familiarity with healthcare data models is a plus.
