Enabling automated processes through lightning flows, assignment rules, escalation rules, and outbound messaging. Configuring User management. Familiar with sObjects, standard and custom objects and processes associated with them eg- validation rules, record types, page layouts, quick actions. Configuring email communication between sales/service agents with end users. Enabling and establishing data sharing and security models using organization wide defaults, role hierarchies. Familiar with deployment activities involving changeset/antscript/autorabit/ copado/jenkins etc. Logical implementation of business-critical functionalities through Apex programming including triggers, classes, batch apex. Handling asynchronous processes without impacting business functionalities. Handling inbound and outbound callouts, to and from salesforce, through secured authorized integration mechanisms involving customized Rest and Soap callouts. Familiar with data operations using dml statements. Identifying proper scope of data using soql and sosl queries. Establishing customization abiding by the Governor Limits. Lighting Familiar with lightning version of salesforce involving creation of lightning record pages through Lightning App Builder, automating processes through Lightning flows. Creation of customized lightning components using Aura/Lwc framework. Handling server-side callouts from client side through Aura/Lwc with Apex. Establishing client-side component to component interactions involving lightning events. Familiar with lighting migration activities. Establishing device friendly user interface through salesforce lightning design system.
