Work Model: Hybrid Local candidates only (within 1 hour of Dimondale, MI). Onsite required from Day 1, Tuesdays & Wednesdays. Key Responsibilities: Work independently and collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams. Develop applications, create requirements, test plans, and system documentation. Lead requirements gathering and facilitate meetings with stakeholders. Ensure compliance with SUITE Project Management and Systems Engineering Methodology. Manage change requests, validate test data, and oversee defect tracking. Support Treasury projects, assess system impacts, and ensure proper documentation. Provide training and develop training materials. Required Skills & Experience: Strong communication, leadership, and documentation skills. Experience in SharePoint administration, writing requirements, test plans, and user guides. Ability to estimate project timelines and manage deliverables. Familiarity with data capture software. Bachelors degree required. Systems Analyst experience is a must.
