The ideal candidate will play a key role in the design, implementation, and optimization of the Order-to-Cash processes in a large-scale S/4 HANA environment, while guiding the transition from SAP ECC to S/4 HANA. The SAP SD OTC Solution Architect will lead the solution architecture for OTC processes, working closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure a seamless transformation to SAP S/4 HANA. The role requires deep expertise in SAP SD, integration with other SAP modules (like MM, LE, FI/CO), and a thorough understanding of SAP's capabilities for business process improvements. Key Responsibilities: Solution Architecture and Design: Lead the design and architecture of SAP SD OTC solutions for S/4 HANA environments. Design scalable, high-performance solutions that address business requirements and align with best practices in SAP S/4 HANA. Define and document solution blueprints for Order-to-Cash processes. Ensure that the solutions comply with business objectives, industry standards, and SAP best practices. Migration from ECC to S/4 HANA: Guide and support the ECC to S/4 HANA migration for the SD and OTC processes. Develop migration strategies, tools, and processes for a smooth transition, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Analyze and resolve compatibility issues during the migration process. Work closely with technical teams to ensure the right approach for data migration, custom developments, and integration testing. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Partner with business stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into SAP SD solutions. Collaborate with project managers, functional consultants, developers, and other architects to deliver end-to-end solutions. Provide expertise in end-to-end business process flows, from order creation to invoicing and payments. Conduct workshops and training sessions for business users and stakeholders. System Configuration and Optimization: Lead the configuration of SAP SD module in the S/4 HANA environment, ensuring best practices are followed. Optimize OTC processes by implementing enhancements and improvements. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to the Order-to-Cash process. Project Leadership: Manage and guide teams through complex project implementations. Lead the development of functional and technical specifications. Ensure timely delivery of projects in accordance with timelines and budgets. Continuous Improvement: Evaluate new SAP S/4 HANA capabilities and innovations to improve OTC processes. Provide recommendations for continuous improvements in business processes leveraging SAP SD and S/4 HANA functionalities.
