We have an exciting job opportunity with one of our clients, below are the details of the position: Role: ACI MTS Consultant Location: New York (Remote) Type of Hiring: Contract Job Overview We are looking for an experienced ACI MTS Consultant with strong expertise in implementation, deployment, and configuration of ACI MTS and UPF systems. The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in UNIX/Linux platforms and a thorough understanding of banking wire transfer payments processing. This role requires expertise in quality assurance for ACI MTS, ensuring smooth system performance and functionality in banking payments systems. Key Responsibilities * Implement, deploy, and configure ACI MTS and UPF systems within a banking environment. * Configure and troubleshoot MTS processes, lines, queues, and databases (REL & AUX). * Provide support for UPF installation, configuration, and cartridge activation. * Perform endpoint configuration using UPF Config Builder and ensure system integrity. * Conduct shake-out testing and ensure a seamless environment turnover to QA. * Prepare, test, and maintain SOD (Start-of-Day) and EOD (End-of-Day) scripts for operational stability. * Collaborate in integration testing, data migration, and support for ISO standard implementations. * Assist in registration and configuration for bank-to-bank wire transfer processes, focusing on NTI (Net Trading Income) reconciliation. * Work closely with the QA team to ensure the systems meet quality assurance and compliance requirements. * Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the testing phase, ensuring smooth deployment into production. Technical Skills * Proficiency in UNIX, Linux, and AIX platforms, including scripting and Unix commands. * Strong experience with databases such as ENTIA, Oracle, and DB2. * Hands-on experience with IBM MQ middleware and message queue configurations. * In-depth knowledge and experience in ACI MTS system configuration. * Familiarity with RMS (Retail Management Systems) and MTS databases. * Expertise in troubleshooting and performance tuning of ACI MTS environments. Payments Functional Skills * Extensive experience in banking wire transfer payments processing. * Knowledge of high-value and real-time end-to-end payments using ACI MTS. * Familiarity with ISO 20022 standards for financial messaging, ensuring compliance and integration. Qualifications * Proven experience in ACI MTS and UPF system implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting. * Strong experience with UNIX/Linux systems and banking payment systems. * Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues. * Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
