The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of retail store-based Controlled Business Distribution (CBD) processes and growers, ensuring a seamless transition that optimizes order management, fulfillment, and revenue recognition within SAP. Lead client discussions to assess current OTC functionalities and identify key process gaps. Engage with subsidiaries to analyze existing SD processes, including order management, pricing, billing, and distribution execution in the legacy system. Define a migration strategy to transition OTC processes into SAP, ensuring alignment with CBD business models and grower operations. SAP OTC Process Migration & Implementation: Design and configure SAP SD (Order to Cash) solutions to support end-to-end sales order processing for CBD products and growers. Ensure seamless integration of SAP SD with MM, PP, WM, and FI to optimize order fulfillment, inventory availability, and financial reconciliation. Oversee data migration activities from legacy systems to SAP SD while ensuring data integrity. Implement complex pricing structures, contracts, credit management, and tax configurations tailored to CBD industry needs. Optimize logistics execution and delivery processes, ensuring compliance with retail store-based distribution requirements. Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and traceability requirements in sales and distribution. Stakeholder Collaboration & Training: Work closely with cross-functional teams (PP, MM, WM, FI) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and production planning alignment. Provide training and end-user support on SAP OTC functionalities. Assist in change management and adoption strategies for SAP SD/OTC across the organization. Required Qualifications: Expertise in SAP SD module with a strong background in Order to Cash (OTC) processes and sales process integration. S/4 HANA environment- S/4 HANA Migration Project. Experience in retail store-based CBD operations, growers, and controlled product distribution. Proven experience leading SAP SD/OTC process migration projects from legacy systems. Strong knowledge of pricing, contracts, rebates, credit management, and tax configuration. Hands-on experience with SAP SD integration with PP, MM, WM, and FI to optimize end-to-end supply chain operations. Understanding of compliance, batch tracking, and traceability requirements for regulated industries.
