Need 13+ Years of Exp Job Description: Note: Seeking a senior engineer with strong leadership skills to manage and mentor a team of 1015 members, ensuring smooth project execution and upskilling the team. Position Overview We are looking for a hands-on principal software engineer with deep expertise in React Native for an immediate role with our strategic retail/QSR client. This is a highly technical, code-focused position, requiring direct contributions to a complex mobile application development project. You will collaborate with the clients team, work within their existing codebase, and deliver production-ready code from day one. Primary Responsibilities Develop and maintain high-quality React Native applications supporting multi-tenant architecture. Participate in senior client stakeholder meetings, contributing to problem-solving, progress reporting, and seamless coordination with offshore teams. Document process flows, technical specifications, and detailed technical designs. Create and maintain a technical playbook covering architecture, coding standards, and best practices. Write clean, efficient, and reusable code aligned with client specifications. Collaborate with client engineers on complex technical implementations and roadmap planning. Provide technical training to onboard and upskill additional engineers. Solve challenging problems related to the client's mobile app ecosystem. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to established patterns and best practices. Work within client development teams on active Agile sprints. Share knowledge through pair programming and code collaboration. Required Qualifications 13+ years of professional software engineering experience. 5+ years of hands-on React Native development experience. Strong team mentorship and ability to guide junior developers. Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern React patterns. Proven experience in cross-platform mobile development. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and backend integration. Experience with state management in large-scale applications. Ability to dive into existing codebases and become productive quickly. Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to code quality. Ability to write detailed technical specifications, coding patterns, and best practices. Preferred Qualifications Experience in multi-tenant architecture for mobile applications. Background in QSR/Retail mobile app development. Knowledge of BFF (backend for frontend) patterns. Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
