The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of both wireline and wireless networking, geomapping, and the site rollout process. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of professionals in the deployment and maintenance of wireline and wireless networks. Oversee the implementation and optimization of the IQGEO platform to enhance operational efficiency. Develop and execute strategies for successful site rollouts, ensuring timely and cost-effective project completion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate geomapping technologies and improve network performance. Monitor industry trends and advancements in wireline and wireless networking to maintain a competitive edge. Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in wireline technologies and network management. Proven expertise with the IQGEO platform and geomapping technologies. In-depth knowledge of wireline and wireless networking principles and practices. Strong project management skills, with a track record of leading successful site rollouts. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Ability to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Having knowledge of Rakuten's SymWorld platform is beneficial. Preferred Skills: Experience in the telecommunications industry. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies.
