Strong understanding of monitoring implementations and administration. Maintain high availability and performance of customer-facing services. Act as a key support role during critical incidents (e.g., Sev0, Sev1). Participate in technical reviews, RCAs, and problem management processes. Ensure compliance with internal policies and directives. Troubleshoot technical escalations and resolve issues under high-pressure situations. Lead and mentor team members in staying updated with industry innovations. Automate detection and resolution of recurring production issues. Basic Requirements Systems engineering experience in enterprise-scale internet service engineering or support roles. Ability to handle multiple priorities and troubleshoot complex issues efficiently. Experience in preparing or assisting with technical proposals.
