You'll mentor junior Scrum Masters, advocate for Agile practices, and work closely with stakeholders to achieve team goals. Responsibilities: Facilitating Scrum Events: You'll lead and facilitate crucial Scrum events like sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement. Coaching and Mentoring: You'll coach and mentor both the team and other Scrum Masters, fostering self-organization, continuous improvement, and the adoption of Agile principles. Process Improvement: Identify and address process inefficiencies, and advocate for changes that improve team performance and delivery. Removing Impediments: Proactively identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress and delivery. Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between the Scrum team and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency. Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on key team metrics and sprint progress to ensure accountability and visibility. Leadership and Influence: Lead teams in the adoption of Agile practices, influencing organizational changes and helping to build a high-performing Agile culture. Collaboration: You'll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product development. Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the team to reflect on their practices and identify areas for optimization.
