Job Title: : Project Manager - Major Migrations & Platform Rollouts Job Location: San Antonio, TX(Onsite) Job Type: Long Term Contract Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the full lifecycle of major migration and platform rollout projects, ensuring all objectives, timelines, and budget requirements are met. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical, business, and operational stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, risks, and dependencies, and track project progress against milestones. Coordinate the execution of complex migrations (e.g., Sigma, Hadoop retirement, Sailfish) with attention to technical and business needs. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively addressing challenges to avoid delays or cost overruns. Provide leadership to project teams, ensuring clear communication, task prioritization, and alignment with project goals. Facilitate regular project status meetings, updating stakeholders on progress, risks, and deliverables. Ensure quality control and adherence to industry best practices and standards throughout the project lifecycle. Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress clearly to all levels of the organization, including executive management. Ensure post-migration support and successful stabilization of new platforms after deployment. Maintain and document comprehensive project records, including meeting minutes, project schedules, risk management plans, and project closure documentation.
