Financial operation experience is highly preferred. Job Description This position supports the Manager of Process Optimization and other team members in leading Simply & Digitize (S&D) Enterprise Initiatives and Hershey Business Platforms (HBP) Continuous Improvement (CI) efforts. The focus is on blueprinting, designing, and implementing process improvements to add value, reduce inefficiencies, and mitigate risks for global processes. The ideal candidate enjoys identifying and executing Continuous Improvement and Cost Savings opportunities within Financial operations.
