The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in working with large datasets, identifying trends and outliers, and translating analytical insights into compelling visualizations and dashboards. This role requires an individual who can explore, analyze, and interpret complex data while effectively communicating findings to stakeholders. Responsibilities: Utilize Python to manipulate and analyze large datasets, extract meaningful insights, and automate reporting processes. Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to present data-driven insights. Identify trends, anomalies, and patterns within large data sets to support strategic business decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data visualization and dashboard requirements. Ensure data integrity and optimize data models for scalability and performance. Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights. Stay up to date with emerging data analytics tools and best practices to enhance reporting capabilities. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Python Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI. Proven ability to work with large datasets and perform advanced data analysis. Experience in SQL and working with relational databases. Strong understanding of data visualization best practices. Ability to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights. Experience in financial services or a related industry is preferred. Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Knowledge of machine learning techniques and predictive analytics. Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipeline development.
