Has minimum 6 years of experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub and Pega Decisioning Has minimum 3 years of experience with simulation, a/b testing, Adaptive analytics, and performance analysis in Pega Customer Decision Hub Ideal candidate will possess thought leadership, out of the box thinking and deep understanding of Peda Decisioning and its applications in business context. Responsible for driving strategy, architecture, and implementation of decisioning solutions, leveraging efficient design and scalable solutions meeting business needs. Bring creative and fresh perspectives to solve critical challenges, foster a culture of innovation within the team by encouraging new ideas, tools, and methodologies. Ability to present decisioning concepts and benefits, and influence stakeholders ranging from Marketing heads and vice presidents to the operations team Ability to improve Pega Decisioning AI performance through various methods Provide thought-leadership to regularly generate and incubate new decisioning concepts across business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirements Ability to recommend decisioning algorithms which balance customer needs with business objectives. Certified in Pega Decisioning and Pega platforms Should have strong experience defining decisioning architecture, solutions & design for Pega decisioning and Pega Marketing End to end experience defining solutions, design, and implementation in Customer Marketing, contact strategy, segmentation, adaptive modelling, campaign management Experience in distributed systems, large scale non-relational data stores, Big data platforms, data modelling, database performance and multi-terabyte data warehouses Manage a team of Pega Decisioning Architects and system architects and ensure tasks are assigned and delivered on time and on budget.
