Responsibilities include data analysis, requirements documentation, user support, and issue resolution. Primary Responsibilities: Work closely with other members of the team to perform data analysis, solutions design, testing, and release management across multiple systems Assist team members in evaluating and implementing vendor tools and processes. Ability to work with non-technical end users to interpret and document user requirements and develop functional specifications Participate in meetings with technical groups to ensure that all design questions (e.g., application security, data feeds, etc.) are addressed through the business analysis process Ensure the timely and accurate processing of internal client requests.
