This role will focus on implementing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) applications to enhance business processes and ensure seamless integration with manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM modules, particularly in procurement, inventory management, order management, and manufacturing operations. Responsibilities: Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle Fusion Supply Chain modules, providing functional and technical expertise. Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement Oracle Fusion SCM functionalities. Configure and customize Oracle Fusion SCM applications to align with business processes and manufacturing needs. Support and troubleshoot Oracle Fusion SCM modules, identifying and resolving system issues efficiently. Work with IT and business teams to optimize workflows and improve system performance. Develop functional specifications for system enhancements, reports, and integrations with third-party applications. Provide training and documentation for end-users to ensure effective system utilization. Monitor and assess new Oracle Fusion SCM features and updates, making recommendations for process improvements. Lead testing efforts, including test script development, UAT coordination, and system validation. Ensure compliance with industry best practices, security standards, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: 4+ years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management applications in a manufacturing environment. Strong experience of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, order fulfillment, and production planning. Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM modules such as Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and Manufacturing. Proven ability to configure and optimize Oracle Fusion applications to support business needs. Experience in system integrations, data migration, and troubleshooting within Oracle Fusion. Oracle Fusion SCM certification.
