Please make sure that your candidate has experience in FACETS CONFIGURATION.. and understands GRID, PNAM, PAT, etc General Function As a Data Analyst on the Business Configuration team, you'll be responsible for structuring and setting up benefit plans for EyeMeds Managed Vision Care clients. You will serve as a subject matter expert in product configuration using the Facets system and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of configuration requests. Major Duties and Responsibilities Configure various managed vision care products in the system, using both the Product Key Sheet method and manual configuration. Ensure product configuration accuracy using both manual and automated tools. Write SQL queries and export data from databases to troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues. Handle and resolve product configuration questions/issues independently, without guidance. Maintain strong relationships with Implementation Managers and Account Managers, fostering a collaborative, results-driven environment. Self-manage work inventory within production queues, adhering to established quality and turnaround time standards. Coordinate and participate in cross-functional team activities to resolve issues. Recommend process and system enhancements to improve operations. Support management with ongoing training, miscellaneous projects, and by serving as a subject matter expert for all configuration requests. Basic Qualifications Associate degree or equivalent experience required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Minimum of 2 years' experience writing SQL queries and exporting data into Excel for analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently or within a team.
