Position: Enterprise Data Architect Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Contract JD : We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Architect with deep expertise in Big Data technologies, Hadoop, and Teradata to design and implement scalable, high-performance data architectures. The ideal candidate will lead data strategy initiatives, ensure optimal data integration, and drive innovation to enhance data-driven decision-making processes. Required Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in data architecture, with a strong focus on Big Data, Hadoop ecosystem, and Teradata. Expertise in Hadoop technologies (HDFS, Hive, HBase, Spark, Impala, etc.). Hands-on experience with Teradata, including performance tuning, workload management, and advanced SQL optimization. Strong knowledge of cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native data solutions. Experience with ETL tools, data modeling, and real-time data streaming (Kafka, Flink, etc.). Deep understanding of data warehousing, data lakes, and data lakehouse architectures. Proven experience in modern data architecture principles (Microservices, API-driven data integration, event-driven architecture). Knowledge of AI/ML-driven analytics, data cataloging, and automation frameworks. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in Big Data, Cloud Data Engineering, or Teradata. Experience in migrating on-premise data platforms to cloud-based solutions. Hands-on expertise in Python, Scala, Java, or other programming languages for data engineering. Familiarity with Graph Databases, Time-Series Databases, and Edge Computing. Educational Qualification:- Minimum BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
