Having 8 to 10 years of experience on Mainframe with having JCL, COBOL, VSAM & DB2 skills 2. Should have worked experience as a Mainframe Developer 3. Having project experience in Support services 4. Strong knowledge of programming languages, including COBOL, JCL, and SQL 5. Experience with IBM mainframe systems and tools 6. Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes 7. Ability to work independently and in a team environment 8. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills 9. Good exposure and knowledge on Banking & finance domain & ability to deliver high-quality work 10. Effective communication and collaboration skills. 11. Experience with REXX - MAINFRAME OR WINDOWS.
