With a working knowledge of TechSmith SnagIt and Adobe Captivate.E-Learning Instructional Designer/Content Developer General Description: The Department of Administrative Services (DOAS) State Purchasing Division (SPD) seeks an Instructional Designer/Content Developer contractor. The Instructional Designer/Content Developer contractor is responsible for the design and development of digital training courses using Articulate Storyline 360 and Articulate Studio 360. The contractor will also have a working knowledge of TechSmith SnagIt and Adobe Captivate.
