In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining mission-critical, high-performance trading and financial systems that power our global trading operations. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with a deep understanding of financial markets. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and optimize high-performance features for our enterprise trading platform, ensuring robustness and scalability Write and maintain clean, efficient Java and Spring Boot code while implementing best practices and industry standards Lead comprehensive code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure strict adherence to quality standards and coding guidelines Design, implement, and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless integration with various financial services and market data providers Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including traders, quants, and business analysts to deliver scalable solutions that meet complex business requirements Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related technical field Minimum of 8+ years of hands-on experience with Java development, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture in a financial environment Comprehensive expertise in Design Patterns, SOLID principles, and ObjectOriented Design principles with demonstrated implementation experience Extensive experience with relational databases (SQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks (Hibernate, JPA), including optimization and performance tuning Senior Java Developer - Financial Services 1 Strong background with modern CI/CD tools including Git, Jenkins, and Docker, with emphasis on automated testing and deployment Advanced proficiency in developing, securing, and optimizing RESTful APIs for high-volume financial transactions Experience in developing and using AWS cloud stack (S3, SQS, ECS, Redshift, Lamda etc.).
