Job Title: Engineer (Model N Flex, Model N Powered by N) Job Location: Raritan, NJ (Onsite) Job Duration: Contract Job Description: 1. Provide support for Incident management, Problem Management, Service request fulfilment and Change Request management for Global US based pharmaceutical manufacturers. 2. Work on end-to-end solutioning in Revenue Management functional area process area with supporting IT solutions included 3. Define and support enterprise level integrations and related interfaces 4. Develop an in-depth understanding of the product and underlying data assets and models 5. Understand business requirements and convert them into functional and non-functional requirements 6. Drive business meetings and customer communications 7. Conceptualize technical solutions to complex problems and maximize benefit of IT systems investments. 8. Coordinate with offshore team(s) to identify priorities and ensure deliveries. Experience (Years): 6-8 Essential Skills: 3-4 years of working experience in Model N powered by Flex. Experience in Life Sciences Revenue Management. Strong understanding and experience in various Revenue Management functional areas: Contract Lifecycle Management, Rebate Management, Direct/Indirect sales, customer compliance, chargebacks etc. Strong hands-on experience in Model N include creating PL/SQL queries to analyze problems, provide data fixes and generate ad-hoc reports.
