The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and configuring UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions), UKG Workforce Central, and ADP eTime (versions 7.0 and higher). Experience with HCM integration, Dell Boomi, and UKG/Kronos Accruals & Absence Management modules is essential. This role requires complete domain expertise of the UKG Pro WFM suite and strong consultative skills to interact with both business users and client management. The Developer will work in a complex technology environment, requiring multi-product solutions and integrations of legacy systems to deliver comprehensive workforce management solutions.Key Responsibilities: Implementation and Configuration: Lead and participate in the implementation and enhancement of UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions). Implement and configure modules such as Advanced Scheduler, Forecaster, Mobile, and Analytics. Set up and configure UKG/Kronos Accruals & Absence Management modules. Configure UDM/WDM servers and Kronos clocks (4500, InTouch / DX terminals). Integration and Interface Development: Design and develop interfaces using Dell Boomi for UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions). Work on HCM integration with other systems, ensuring seamless communication and data flow. Project Lifecycle: Own the full lifecycle of project development: from gathering detailed requirements to designing, building, and delivering solutions to the client. Provide post-implementation support and ensure that the system meets client expectations and performance standards. Consultative Support: Act as a subject matter expert, providing consultative support to both business users and client management teams. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the solutions align with business objectives and IT strategies. Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) and other integrated modules. Ensure the smooth functioning of Workforce Management systems and provide ongoing support.Essential Skills: 7+ years of experience in implementing and configuring UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions), UKG Workforce Central, and/or ADP eTime versions 7.0 and higher. Strong knowledge of HCM integration and experience using Dell Boomi for interface development. Extensive experience with Advanced Scheduler, Forecaster, Mobile, Analytics, and Absence Management modules. Ability to configure UDM/WDM servers, Kronos clocks (4500, InTouch, DX terminals). Knowledge of the full project lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, development, implementation, and support. Excellent consultative and communication skills to engage effectively with business users and client management. Ability to work in complex technology environments, requiring multi-product solutions and integration with legacy systems.Desirable Skills: Experience with Activities and other UKG Pro WFM modules. Strong background in system integration and working with enterprise-level HR solutions. Knowledge of Kronos Workforce Management technical processes.
