This position involves a combination of leadership and support, ensuring projects stay on track while guiding and coordinating team members to achieve project goals. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in IT project coordination, possess exceptional organizational and leadership skills, and demonstrate a positive, team-oriented mindset. Required knowledge: Experience in IT project coordination, including scheduling and documentation. Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, or Jira). Strong communication and leadership skills to liaise effectively between teams and stakeholders. Ability to track project progress and ensure deadlines are met. Nice to have: Exposure to agile or waterfall project management methodologies. Certification in project coordination or project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP). Experience with resource allocation and task prioritization. Working Hours: Initially 8 hours a week, with the possibility of additional assignments. Must be prepared to maintain an 8-hour workweek if needed.
